There's something powerful about heat, cold, and good company. The Sauna Portal Membership gives you unlimited access to our traditional Finnish sauna and cold plunge — a cultural ritual that has withstood the test of time. Whether you're coming in solo to decompress or meeting friends for a session, you'll always have a place to sweat, recover, and reset. Our community is what makes this more than just a sauna — it's a gathering spot for people who take their wellbeing seriously without taking
Why Membership?
The sauna is a portal built on trust, consistency, and shared ritual. When you get to know the people around you, something deeper becomes possible. Relationships form and you are seen. Stories are shared and you are heard. A sense of belonging emerges as your transformation unfolds because you are held in safety here without any pressure to be someone you’re not. The sauna is an invitation to just be yourself; and you keep coming back because that's the experience that feels so good.
We're building a community of regulars — people who show up, who know each other's names, who tend the proverbial fire together and who understand that this practice is more than a trend. It's a way of life.
Keeping our focus on membership means the space stays intentional, the energy stays in integrity, and every person here has made the same commitment you have.
We get it if you’re curious but not ready to commit which is why we are happy to welcome you in for a drop-in!
Sometimes you want to experience something for yourself before becoming a member. Whether you're new to sauna or simply want to explore what makes our community special, you're totally welcome to join us for a drop-in session and see if Live Well feels like home.
When you arrive please park in the side driveway which is is where the sauna is physically located. Our walk out basement space, complete with a bathroom and shower, is available for you to use.
