We operate on our home property which is conveniently located right off 6A in East Sandwich. The sauna can comfortably fit 4 people and there are 2 cold plunge tanks. When you come you are welcome to use it as long as you would like.
Please make sure you bring extra hydration and towels.
There is a semi-private vestibule for changing and we will welcome you into our home should you need more privacy or the bathroom.
